Do you want to put your ideas on paper to better present your concept to your end client ? Our in-house designer will accompany you throughout your project and can help you with artwork adjustments, technical files, styles suggestions so that you can make the difference when meeting your clients.

We have a long experience handling freight and we gladly offer FOB, CIF or DDP incoterms, to any worldwide destination. 

We only work with the most reliable shipping lines who can assure fast transits and on-time schedules. Our freight forwarding partners will ensure smooth custom clearance and transport to the final destination.

As we are aware of the production risks relating to Asia, our factories are socially audited by the largest auditing companies: BSCI AMFORI or SEDEX.

Working with Mavimex, you will adhere to our code of conduct, which aims to improve working conditions for employees throughout the production chain.

We also have the Oeko-Tex Standard, GOTS, OCS, GRS certifications to guarantee the safety of our products from all stages of production, not only for people but also for the environment.

QUOTATION

We pride ourselves on our reactivity, and most inquiries will be quoted within 24-36 hours. If more time is needed due to special requests, we will communicate this clearly. We work with different incoterms such as FOB or DDP for most countries in Europe.

DESIGN SERVICES

As we hope to give you every chance to land your order, our designer can send you a visual mock-up of your custom-made clothing or bags with different options, logos or colours. You can thereby present your price offer with our visual model and your client will appreciate your proactivity!

SAMPLING

We understand the importance of samples and we therefore offer an extensive sampling service: in available or correct fabrics; with or without your logo, it’s all possible. Lead time varies depending on the request.

MASS

PRODUCTION

Once the order is confirmed, we start bulk production and we send you a pre-production sample ( PPS) for your final confirmation on weight, colour, prints, style and logos.

ORDER FOLLOW-UP

We communicate daily with our teams on site to ensure your production is running smoothly. At each important step or if should something occurs, we are always transparent and keep you informed.

FINAL INSPECTION

Besides our various inline inspections, your order is systematically inspected before being sent: our controllers follow your order completely and report any incidents proactively. Should you wish to supervise your production or send a representative from a third-party such as SGS or Intertek, you are welcome!

LOGISTICS

We will take care of import/export clearance and can also palletize your order to send it immediately to your warehouse. We work with the most direct vessels and pre-book the space from the shipping lines and airlines to ensure timely dispatch of your goods. We work under FOB, CFR or DDP incoterms

PAYMENT

We accept payments in US Dollars, Euros and British Pounds through our HSBC account. We generally accept bank transfers on a 30/70 ratio: 30% deposit and 70% against shipping documents. For larger orders, we can also work with Letter of Credit.
